The location was excellent and I felt safe. The shady courtyard at the front was nice. A welcome retreat. Many shops and restaurants were close. The metro stop was very convenient.
The shower had a curtain instead of a proper door, a bit inconvenient.

The room was clean and spacious. It included two TVs with internet access. A Nespresso machine and bottled water were supplied. Bedding felt new and smelled really fresh.

the staff offered excellent service and seemed particularly kind. they provided good advice. the breakfast had several options. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
the hotel seemed a bit old, and you could hear other residents when they opened their doors.

i have been at this location and i like the cleanliness. the garden was maintained well. the transport links seemed easy to use. the staff seemed very kind and helpful to all.
the lift was small. it was always busy. this made moving around the hotel a bit inconvenient.

friendly staff early breakfast
the young lady made coffee for us after a long flight while we waited for our room. the staff was friendly and put out the breakfast early for us. it was one of the nicest gestures.
